The cookies and browser storage LongFormat uses: only what it needs to sign you in and remember your settings, and nothing for tracking.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser so it can remember things, such as that you’re signed in. Websites can also keep small notes in your browser’s local storage. This policy covers both.

LongFormat only uses what it needs to work. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and our pages don’t load third-party tracking scripts.

02Cookies we use

All three are essential: LongFormat can’t sign you in without them. LongFormat sets them itself, scripts on the page can’t read them, and they’re only sent over HTTPS.

What it does: Keeps you signed in
How long it lasts: 30 days, and it stops working sooner after 14 days without use

Name: sorak_2fa
What it does: Remembers a sign-in that's waiting for your two-factor code
How long it lasts: 5 minutes

Name: sorak_oauth
What it does: Checks that a Google sign-in really started on LongFormat, and remembers what you picked before signing up
How long it lasts: 10 minutes

03Other storage in your browser

The web app also keeps a few settings in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and aren’t sent to us.

What it does: Remembers up to 20 voices you picked recently, so they're easy to find again

05Other websites

When you pay, you go to Whop’s checkout, and if you sign in with Google, you use Google’s sign-in page. Those sites set their own cookies, covered by their own policies.

06Managing cookies

You can see, delete and block cookies and local storage in your browser’s settings. If you block LongFormat’s cookies, you won’t be able to sign in.
